WORKSHOPS
Since 2011, Tom has been delivering workshops to schools, community spaces, arts organisations, festivals and events.
They can offer custom made workshops around themes of creative writing, spoken word, DIY theatre, mental health, from 1 hour micro-workshops to half day sessions. They operate a sliding scale dependent on funding and the nature of your organisation. They have delivered independent creative workshops in partnership with Tate St Ives, Palace Film Festival and Antiuniversity Now (among others), as well as freelance roles with youth organisations, schools and theatres across the South West. EVENTS
After founding DIY venue Space 37 in 2015, Tom organised and hosted events across Cornwall and Devon. In 2016 they formed Uncollective, a group of multidisciplinary artists working together to produce exhibitions, workshops and live events.
From 2016 - 2018 Tom was the creative director and LGBTQ+ programmer for Langaland Festival as well as booking live shows and tours across the UK with Uncollective Records (including Attila The Stockbroker. Strange Circuits and Penelope Isles) After moving to Bristol in 2018, Tom has been working independently to produce and host creative events for organisations including Bristol Museum, Bristol Food Festival, Boardmasters, Independent Venue Week, Off The Record, 1020 Radio and Hammer & Tongue.
